What surprised me most was that this beautiful, natural oil was affordable and accessible to ordinary families.

But when I returned to India, I saw a different reality.

Avocado oil was considered a premium product — something only a few people could enjoy. A product with incredible nutritional value and natural benefits had become distant because of its price.

I kept asking myself:
